a site that would cost you thousands to
be built from scratch from most design companies
and many of them cost $100 or less. Working
with templates has shot our customer service

you know exactly what you are going to get
when the site is complete and there are
no surprises. Custom design firms will show
you basic mock ups but by the time the site
is complete it can often be very different
than what you had envisioned. Not

than a custom website. There are no consultations,

recommend Go Daddy for your domain; we have
used them for years not only for most of
our own web sites, as well as for most of
our client's web sites. There are very few
companies who offer domains as cheap as
they do that actually offer customer service.
We will assist you in all of your options
regarding your domain and hosting. Your
choice of domain name depends on how you
are going to use it. If you are going to
be telling people over the phone, choose
one that is easy to say and spell out loud.
Above all, I would choose one that is memorable
and not confusing.

you can have unlimited email accounts if
you host with us and you choose anything
@yourdomain.com (i.e. sale@yourdomain.com,
info@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com).
Search
engine positioning is a long-term strategy
and there are no quick solutions in this
area of online marketing. In order to get
good results with search engines, your site
needs to be focused around the right keywords
and keyword phrases. If you want to boost
your traffic quickly, we suggest checking
out Google Ad Words or other pay per click
options. As a part of your setup package
we will optimize your site with keywords
and do a submittal to the top search engines
that offer free placement. We will continue
to work with you and educate you on all
of the techniques to increase your organic
placement instead of having to pay for traffic.
Our average fee for a template with up to 6 pages customized to your preference is a one time fee of $500 unless we are running a special (the template purchase is separate). This one time fee
includes setting up your site and customizing
the design you choose to your exact specifications.
We will immediately post the template you choose to your domain and over the course of the next 7 - 10 business customize the template to your specific needs. Once you give us approval, we then collect payment, so you do not pay until you approve our work!

Integrating your
content and customizing your chosen template to your specifications = 14 -16
hours including:
- resizing images you send us for optimal load time and the ability for them to fit in the area you want them
- configuring a contact
form to send all inquires to your chosen
email address
- customizing the navigational buttons of the site and their respective pages to your request
- setting up an email account

- performing revisions or edits and changes to content already customized
Phone/email consultations
for edits and approval = 2 - 4 hours
Setup or configuration of your
hosting account = up to 1 hour
Uploading your content to your domain name
= up to 1 hour
This total process takes
anywhere from 17 - 21 hours which brings
our costs to just $25 hourly. Remember you
do not pay us until the site is complete.
Yes we do. We can redesign, retaining your company corporate style or we can redesign to give you a complete new image. We'll provide you a Free of Charge website evaluation so you can determine what the best decision is.
This is dependent
on which hosting plan you have with us,
but if you host with another company maintenance
and updates will be charged at a rate of
$25 per hour.
In most cases we
will have you live within 10 business days
and we do not require payment until the
website is built to your specifications.

Yes. Referrals are
a large percentage of our business. We do
not make much money per website we build
so we do not spend money for marketing,
we rely you and your appreciation of our
work to drive us new business. For every
referral you send us that purchases a web site, you will be entitled
to two hours of maintenance and marketing
support (A $50 value) at no cost.
No once your website is completed it belongs to you and you can commission anyone to update it for you.
